Marvel is pushing boundaries with phase 4. It went magic, gave us a new Cap, and now it’s set to explore the Multiverse. The fans are anticipating the introduction of the multiverse into MCU for some time now, and it will be interesting to watch how Loki does it. This show will serve as an induction to the multiverse, which will be explored deeper in the upcoming releases Spider-Man: No Way Home and Doctor Strange: Multitude of Madness.

Multiverse theory means that there multiple universes that parallelly co-exist. After all, the show itself is about an alternate version of Loki, the one who escaped with the Tesseract and distorted timelines, as an aftermath of Avengers: Endgame, as the “original” one has been killed by Thanos. It will be fascinating to watch this version of Loki, as he is far more mischievous, cunning, and still a bad guy!

Time travel has always been an interesting premise in the MCU, whether it’s a real one in Avengers: Endgame or a fictional dramatic one in WandaVision. Loki is going to do a lot of time travel in this series, which is super exciting. Loki’s new mission is set to explore different eras, planets, and whatnot!

Moreover, the show also introduces us to a new organization, the Time Variance Authority or TVA. Also drawn from the comics, this is a new addition to S.H.I.E.L.D, A.I.M, and Hydra. The job of this organization is to manage timelines within the multiverse and wipe the ones who distort it from existence. An organization that exists outside of space and time, what could be more exciting than that!

Lokiserves as the MCU debut of Owen Wilson as Mobius. M. Mobius, a TVA agent. The show’s sneak peeks does promise interesting chemistry between Loki and Mobius. Additionally, the TVA portion of the show might focus on bureaucracy and white-collar, an intriguing new dimension in the MCU.

A special mention to TVA’s mascot, a cartoon clock known as Miss Minutes, who has gained a lot of attention. Miss Minutes, whose duty is to brief every new entrant about TVA, is hilarious, creepy, and mysterious. However, we have to wait and watch what this little clock is up to.

Tom Hiddleston, as Loki, has brought us one of the finest performances in Hollywood. The Charm, the mischief, the power that he brings to the role is incredible. It is impossible to imagine anyone else in this role and that’s how good he is as Loki. Loki is one of those characters that has had such interesting character development, from a power-hungry god to a sacrificing brother. He is the guy who ordered everyone to kneel before him, and also the one who performed “Get Help!”
