Zack Snyder Gives Us Our First Look As Jared Leto’s Joker In His Justice League Cut

Zack Snyder has given us our first look at Jared Leto’s Joker in his upcoming cut of Justice League which is coming to HBO Max on March 18th. He revealed this new picture of the Joker via his Vero account.

We really don’t have that long to wait until we finally get to watch the Snyder Cut of Justice League. This is something that the DC Comics fandom has been trying to get made for what seems like an eternity now. We’ve been fighting the fight and finally, we will be getting to see Snyder’s vision for Justice League.

It was revealed a few months back that Jared Leto had filmed new scenes for the movie as the Joker – a character be played in 2016’s Suicide Squad. However, it was said that his Joker will look and feel very different from the one we saw in David Ayer’s movie.

You really can’t see much of Jared Leto’s Joker in this picture because it’s very blurred. However, you can definitely feel that this version is very different from the one we saw in Suicide Squad, which is a good thing. I was not a fan of Leto’s Joker in that movie. However, I also think studio interference was the blame, not Leto.

The one thing you can see in this photo is that this Joker has much longer hair from the one we saw in Justice League. He looks a lot more like a clown and there are echoes of Joaquim Pheonix’s Joker in this image at least. I’m not saying that they copied that look. I’m just saying that there’s a similar sort of vibe. It’s probably just the hair to be honest.
