WandaVision Wins Marvel Studios’ First Ever Emmy

WandaVision has won Marvel Studios has its first few Emmys.

As reported by Variety, the MCU’s first TV show, which graced our screens in January, has celebrated its first Emmy wins.

At the Emmys’ Creative Arts ceremony on Saturday, the show triumphed in the narrative (half-hour) production design and fantasy/sci-fi costumes categories.

During another ceremony on Sunday, the show scooped its third gong in the original music and lyrics category for the certified bop that is “Agatha All Along.”

WandaVision’s Emmy success may not be finished there.

The show is up for several more awards at the 73rd Primetime Emmy Awards.

Elizabeth Olsen and Paul Bettany are up for Outstanding Lead Actress and Actor respectively.

Meanwhile, Kathryn Hahn is up for Outstanding Supporting Actress.

Matt Shakman is nominated in the Outstanding Directing category.

The show’s 23 nominations made it the most nominated limited series, as well as the second most nominated show in general.

The 73rd Primetime Emmy Awards will take place this Sunday 19 September.
