Tom Hardy took to Instagram to reveal the first look at Woody Harrelson as Cletus Kasady in the upcoming Sony Pictures movie, Venom 2.
Woody Harrelson appeared as Cletus Kasady at the very end of the first Venom movie.
However, he was trapped in a prison cell during that very brief scene.
It was also just a mere glimpse at Cletus Kasady and it looks like the character’s changed quite a lot since then.
It seems as though Woody’s kept the same red hair that he had in Venom.
However, it’s a cut a shot shorter in this new picture which Tom Hardy has shared on Instagram.
He’s also wearing some very different clothes in this new picture.
He’s wearing what looks to be a very colourful shirt in this first look at Cletus Kasady in Venom 2.

Woody is also wearing some kind of necklace in this shot of his character.
I can’t quite make out what the pendant on the necklace is exactly.
However, it looks a bit like a skull, which would be very fitting of the character.
Cletus begins life as a nasty person. He’s a murderer and he just gets worse when he comes into contact with the symbiote.
His darker side becomes ever more prominent and he basically turns into a murdering psychopath.
He also has a load of people who follow him why are also criminals.
They’ve come in contact with the symbiote too, but they’re not quite as violent as Cletus, who ends up becoming known as Carnage.
