Venom 2 Rumoured To Tease Tom Holland’s Spider-Man

It’s being rumoured that Venom 2, called Venom: Let There Be Carnage, could end up teasing Tom Holland’s Spider-Man in the Sony Spider-Man spinoff movies. This report comes to us from Geekosity, which is run by Mikey Sutton.

So, what does this mean? Well, it means that Spider-Man could end up turning up in the Sony Pictures’ Spider-Man spinoff movies. These are the movies that Sony Pictures made based on Spider-Man characters that aren’t part of the MCU.

Movies such as Venom, Morbius, Venom: Let There Be Carnage and then any other movies Sony Pictures might be thinking of making. There have been rumours that Sony Pictures is thinking of making a lot of other Spider-Man adjacent movies.

Think back to Morbius’ trailer, there was a poster of Spider-Man behind Morbius at one point. However, people seem to think that the Spider-Man in that poster could be the video game version or the Tobey Maguire movie. This means that it wasn’t the Tom Holland version of the wall-crawler.

Here’s what Mikey Sutton wrote about the upcoming Venom: Let The Be Carnage trailer teasing Tom Holland’s Spider-Man:

My inquiries regarding details of the Venom trailer went unanswered. One source did say a Tom Holland cameo, similar to Michael Keaton’s in Morbius, is likely. The trailer would instantly go viral from such a startling, exciting appearance.

If Holland’s Spider-Man does turn up in the trailer, then it would do really well on the Internet. I’m pretty sure that people would go mad for it, and then it would officially confirm that these Sony Pictures movies will actually be in the MCU.
