Tom Welling Rumoured To Be Joining The Flash Movie

There is now a rumour making its rounds on the Internet which suggests that Smallville’s Tom Welling is in talks to join The Flash movie.

So, before we claim that this will actually happen, I need to make it perfectly clear where this rumour comes from.

It comes from We Got This Covered’s ‘sources’, and they tend to be very hit-and-miss.

They make a lot of claims and many of them turn out to be total nonsense.

However, the way Andrés Muschietti’s (also known as Andy Muschietti) The Flash movie is turning out, a cameo from Tom Welling wouldn’t be the most surprising thing.

It sounds to me as if this Flash movie is going to be resetting the DCEU by bringing in DC Comics characters and actors from all over the place.

It’s been confirmed that the film will feature Ben Affleck and Michael Keaton’s versions of Batman, for instance.

It also sounds as if the Multiverse is going to play a very important part in this film.

This will then open up the DCEU to a plethora of different Earths.

One of them could be the Earth in which Tom Welling is Clark Kent.

Therefore, it’s not outlandish to believe that Welling might turn up in a very brief yet crowd-pleasing cameo.

Persoanlly, I think it’s a chance to make this Flash movie a celebration of all things DC Comics-related, including shows like Smallville.
