Tom Cruise Rumoured For Lethal Weapon 5 Villain Role

It’s being rumoured that Lethal Weapon 5 could feature none other than Tom Cruise as its main villain, which would be great casting.

This rumour comes to us from insider Daniel Richtman, and I really do hope this is the case.

Now, I will say that I haven’t heard anything about this before.

However, casting Tom Cruise as the upcoming and final Lethal Weapon film’s villain would be genius.

It was revealed that Richard Donner would be returning to direct what will be the final Lethal Weapon film.

Both Mel Gibson and Danny Glover are also returning as Martin Riggs and Roger Murtaugh.

It’ll be an interesting film to watch, and I’m really hoping that this one will be good.

Daniel Richtman didn’t have anything else to offer about this casting rumour.

He doesn’t mention any specifics about this villain role apart from claiming that Tom Cruise is being eyed for it.

This would be a great change for Tom, given the fact that he tends to play heroes in his movies.

He’s currently hard at work on Mission: Impossible 7, which should be coming out in 2022.

It was also revealed that he’s going to be making an eighth Mission: Impossible film.
