The Suicide Squad’s Trailer Has Been Released

The first official trailer for The Suicide Squad has been released and the James Gunn movie looks like it’s going to be a whole lot of violent fun.

The film’s got one of the best casts I can ever remember for a comic book movie – any movie for that matter.

It’s got some of the cast from the David Ayer Suicide Squad back.

The likes of Margot Robbie, Joel Kinnaman and Jai Courtney are back.

However, they’ll be joined by the likes of John Cena, Idris Elba, Taika Waititi, Pete Davidson and Nathan Fillion to name but a few of the names in this ludicrous cast.

The trailer makes the film look like a lot of fun, but it also shows off the film’s very ‘James Gunn’ vibe.

You can really tell that this is a movie written and directed by Gunn.

It’s got the look and feel of a Gunn movie, which is great.

It’s also very much got the ‘sound’ of a James Gunn movie.

After this movie, he’ll be going back over to Marvel to make Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3.

It’s still not really known what he’ll do after that.

Will he stay at Marvel and make something else for them, or will he make another DC Comics movie?

Or, will he opt to do something completely different?

The ball is very much in his court at the moment.

However, if this trailer’s anything to go by, then his The Suicide Squad is going to be a real blast.

I just hope that WarnerMedia doesn’t decide to get the guys who edited this trailer to go and re-edit the whole movie.

They’ve done that in the past…
