The Flash’s Producer Barbara Muschietti Reveals The Movie Won’t Be Cancelled

The Flash’s producers, Barbara Muschietti has revealed via Instagram that the movie hasn’t been cancelled and that they’re already working on it.

Ever since Ezra Miller was seen chocking a fan in a video posted on social media, people have been wondering what might happen to The Flash movie.

It was revealed that the video was genuine and that it took place in a bar in Reykjavík.

However, it seems as though things are still going ahead with the movie.

This was revealed after a fan (via Cosmic Book News) asked the film’s producer, Barbara Muschietti whether the film was still going ahead.

Barbara was actually asked whether they had already starting working on on the movie.

Barbara responded with a simple “Yep” in Spanish.

So, as far as she’s concerned, the movie’s still going ahead, and it does seem as though Miller will still play Barry Allen in the movie.

It was rumoured last week that Warner Bros. Pictures was considering making the movie without Miller.

Fans also took to Twitter to demand he be replaced with Grant Gustin.

Gustin plays Barry Allen in The CW’s Flash TV show.

He’s pretty good in the show, but something tells me Warner Bros. Pictures wouldn’t be keen on him starring as the character in the movie.

It’s not that he’s not great as the character, it’s just that it’s all very televisual and wouldn’t translate well to the big screen.
