Knuckles Series Starring Idris Elba Coming To Paramount Plus

It’s been revealed that a Knuckles series starring Idris Elba is currently in the works and will be coming to Paramount Plus.

This was revealed by Paramount on their Twitter feed.

Here’s what they had to say about an upcoming Knuckles series starring Idris Elba:

#SonicMovie3 is officially in development from @ParamountPics and @SEGA! Plus, next year a new original #Knuckles series with @IdrisElba is coming to #ParamountPlus. #SonicMovie2 hits theaters April 8!

So, there’s actually quite a lot to unpack from this tweet.

First off, Paramount revealed that they are working on a Sonic The Hedgehog 3 movie.

Then they also added that a new original series involving Knuckles is in the works.

This series will feature Idris Elba as Knuckles.

It was revealed a while back that Elba would be voicing Knuckles in Sonic The Hedgehog 2.

I thought that was brilliant casting, and I can’t wait to see what they do with the character in his own series.

It seems as though they’re looking to turn Sonic into a really profitable franchise.

Already, Sonic The Hedgehog made Paramount quite a bit of money.

I wouldn’t be surprised to see the sequel to as well as the first movie.

They’ve got a third film in the pipeline and a series – Sonic’s coming back in a very big way!
