Kate Moss Explains Why She Took The Stand For Johnny Depp
Now with the Johnny Depp and Amber Heard trial in our collective memories, we can move on, right?
Well, it doesn’t seem to be the case and won’t be for awhile as we keep learning things in the aftermath. Reports keep coming out of the wood work such as what Mickey Rourke really thinks of Amber Heard, Amber Heard being sued because of the trial, her book setting off a bidding war, the Australia Amber Heard perjury investigation and more.
However, this particular bit of news isn’t about the aftermath at all but what happened during the trial.
Johny Depp’s Ex Kate Moss Opens Up About Taking The Stand During The Trial
Here’s what Kate Moss had to say about testifying for Johnny Depp during an interview on BBC’s Desert Island Discs:
I believe in the truth and I believe in fairness and justice… I know the truth about Johnny, I know he never kicked me down the stairs… I had to say that truth.
It’s a refreshing, blunt statement in today’s day and age of spinning and dodging questions.
Kate Moss has continued to show her support for Johnny Depp since the trial. She travelled to London to see Johnny Depp perform with Jeff Beck at the famous Royal Albert Hall while Depp was in the midst of surprise gigs… when the verdict of the trial was revealed.
