It’s now being rumoured that Jared Leto has signed on to star in a Morbius trilogy, which I’m sure Sony Pictures would be very happy about. This rumour comes from insider Daniel Richtman’s Patreon page.

Jared Leto’s been in the news a lot over the past few days. It’s been reported that he could be starring as the Joker again in a future DCEU movie. It’s now being rumoured that he could also play a bigger part in the Marvel universe.

However, I’m not totally sure whether the upcoming Morbius movie he’s starring in is part of the MCU. That said, it’s now being reported that Jared Leto has signed on to star in a Morbius trilogy, which will start with the upcoming Morbius film.

This is just a rumour at this point, however, it would make sense that Sony Pictures would be interested in making sure they tie Jared Leto down for multiple films. He’s a big name and is the main reason why there’s any interest in the Morbius picture.

The film is set to hit cinemas this year. It was originally intended to be released in 2020, but the pandemic pushed it in 2021, and hopefully, people will be able to see it in cinemas. I really want the movie to be good because I love the character. I also think that Leto is pretty spot-on casting for the role. Fingers crossed they’ve got it right.
