Jamie Lee Curtis has revealed that she wants to play Captain America’s mother in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. She revealed this on Twitter after Chris Evans said that the news he’s returning as Cap to the MCU is news to him.

Jamie Lee Curtis played Chris Evans’ mother in the incredible Rian Johnson film, Knives Out, and it seems as though she wants to play the actor’s mother in all of his future projects. This, of course, will include all the future MCU movies.

You know what, seeing Jamie Lee Curtis play Steve Roger’s mother in the MCU would be perfect casting. She really looks the part of Chris Evans’ mother and I know the two of them love working together.

So, Curtis replied to Chris Evans’ “News to me” tweet saying the following:

Can I play your mother? In every film you do?

Evans then replied saying: “It’s going in the contracts”, and this is why we love the actor, and now I think everyone should try and get Marvel to cast Curtis as Cap’s mother in the MCU. That would just be epic as far as I’m concerned.
