James Gunn’s The Suicide Squad Casts Sylvester Stallone In A Mystery Role

It’s been revealed that James Gunn’s The Suicide Squad will feature Sylvester Stallone in a mystery role. This news was revealed by Sylvester Stallone himself, who posted a video about it on his Instagram account. The video’s since been deleted.

Sylvester Stallone was already in James Gunn’s Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol. 2, and it seems as though the two of them had a very good time working together. We already knew that he would be returning in Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol. 3.

It now seems as though Sly Stallone has also landed himself a role in Gunn’s DC Comics movie, The Suicide Squad, in what is still a mystery role. He revealed this during a recent video he posted on his Instagram account. He then proceeded to delete the video.

Here’s what Sylvester Stallone said in his video he posted on Instagram about being in James Gunn’s The Suicide Squad:

Good morning everyone it’s Saturday and I’m in my way over to do a little work with a great director James Gunn on Suicide Squad 2 and I think it’s going to be a spectacular effort. I saw it and it’s unbelievable, so I’m very proud to be included and I can’t tell you anything more about it because you’re going to have to wait and see that but it’s going to be well worth the wait. Anyway, keep punching and see you in the movies.
