Insidious Star Reveals She’s Love To Make Insidious 5

Check Out The Creepy Trailer For Insidious: The Last Key

One of the main stars of the Insidious franchise, Lin Shaye, has revealed that she would love to make and Insidious 5 movie.

I think I’ve said it on here a number of times now: the Insidious horror franchise is one of the most underrated horror franchises of all time.

There have been four movies in the franchise so far and I’ve loved every single one of them.

Granted, some were better than others and there are some rather silly bits in each movie.

However, the level of craft and the storytelling is impeccable in each film in the series so far.

There’s also Lin Shaye in the movies and she’s just brilliant.

Shaye recently spoke to ComingSoon about her time in the Insidious horror movies.

During this conversation, Shaye revealed that she would love to be in an Insidious 5.

I say, get on with it. This horror franchise is by no means done and we could use a fifth movie.

Here’s what Lin Shaye said on the matter:

I think everybody is so preoccupied with the horror of our own society, we’re in a horror film right now of sorts. There was some thought at one point that James had about another Insidious, but I’ve heard nothing. I think everybody’s preoccupied. I’m good with whatever, if we come back, I’m in The Further this time, so that will be different. It was a really beautiful arc for me to find as the character and in the storyline. Right now it’s all about The Call and I hope Insidious has provided me with a beautiful framework to remember right now. Now it’s in my memory and I would love it if there was another one, of course, but we’ll see.
