Fans Torn Over Paul Dano’s Riddler Look In The Batman

It seems as though people are rather torn regarding Paul Dano’s Riddler look in the upcoming The Batman movie, which is interesting.

This argument over Paul Dano’s The Riddler look has become so heated on Twitter that Riddler has started to trend on the social media platform.

But, what do people love or dislike about the character’s look.

First off, we’ve so far only had a very brief glimpse of him in the movie.

It looks like Dano’s version of the character will look a little bit like Jason with glasses on.

Others have claimed that Dano’s Riddler looks like the gimp from Pulp Fiction.

You know what, I get it. I understand why people are torn on this look.

However, you have to remember that this trailer, which was released back in DC FanDome, was cobbled together when the movie wasn’t even halfway through shooting.

Also, I’m not sure how much of a key role The Riddler will play in this movie.

The trailer makes it seem like he’s going to be the main villain.

"It doesn't fit Riddler"

Yes it does, he's a weirdo, a serial killer who wants to get attention without being too obvious and at the same time look scary and off putting.

However, we’ve also got a number of iconic Batman villains in Matt Reeves’ movie.

There’s The Penguin, who’s going to be played by the brilliant Colin Farrell.

There’s also Peter Sarsgaard who seems to be playing a corrupt District Attorney, Gil Colson.

We then also have John Turturro in the movie who’s going to be playing Carmine Falcone.

And we haven’t even mentioned Zoe Kravitz who’s playing Catwoman in the movie.

Now, she might end up being an ally for Batman, however, she toes the line between being a criminal and a hero.

So, all this to say, don’t judge Paul Dano’s Riddler look just yet.

Also, I actually think it’s very creepy-looking, and that’s what I want from my Batman movies.

Reeves’ Batman film seems a lot darker in tone than the Christopher Nolan films were, and they were already pretty dark.
