Emma Stone has opened up on those Spider-Man: No Way Home (Spider-Man 3) cameo rumours and she basically debunked them.
She revealed this during an interview with MTV News, and I think the first question has to be, can we trust her.
Well, before we get into all of that, let’s have a look at what she had to say on the matter:
I have heard those rumours. I don’t know if I’m supposed to say anything, but I’m not involved. I’m not. I don’t know what you’re supposed to respond as an alumnus.
Honestly, this could be either her just being totally honest, or her having been told by Marvel to openly lie about being in it.
At this point, I really don’t know what to believe as far as Stone’s reported cameo in Spider-Man: No Way Home is concerned.
Emma Stone says she’s not cameoing in Spider-Man 3
Emma Stone played Gwen Stacey in The Amazing Spider-Man and The Amazing Spider-Man 2.
She starred alongside Andrew Garfield and it’s been rumoured that Garfield and Tobey Maguire would be turning up in the movie as their respective versions of Spider-Man.
Now, Garfield did recently deny that he’s going to be in the movie.
However, we have it on good authority that he will turn up in the movie.
Yet, it will be a small cameo.
Therefore, he won’t be in the movie all that much.
