Elizabeth Olsen Opens Up On Whether Scarlet Witch Will Be A Villain After WandaVision

Elizabeth Olsen has opened up about whether her MCU character, Scarlet Witch, will be a villain after WandaVision on Disney Plus. She opened up about this during her recent interview with ComicBook.com.

This is a theory that’s been making the rounds on the Internet for quite some time. Many Marvel fans believe that Scarlet Witch is going to open the MCU up to the Multiverse and will end up being a villain.

This is an interesting theory and it’s backed up by the fact that this is what happened in the comics. So, there is precedent, and it does seem as though Wanda Maximoff is going to go through a very tough time in WandaVision. She might just break in the upcoming Disney Plus series, and that could see her becoming a villain.

Here’s what Elizabeth Olsen had to say about the popular fan theory that Scarlet Witch is going to be an MCU villain after WandaVision:

I mean, she had posed a threat that’s how she started with her anger towards Stark and she had you know. She started as that rebel and then she realized that the power she was fighting for wasn’t actually good and so that’s why she became who she is. And whatever fighting for good means, evolves over time I guess, but I think she found the Avengers to be the side of good.
