Jared Leto Joker Suicide Squad

David Ayer has released a new clip of Jared Leto’s Joker in Ayer’s cut of Suicide Squad and it’s pretty interesting. David Ayer released this new clip via Heroic Hollywood on Instagram and it’s really got people desperate to see more.

There has been a lot written about Jared Leto’s Joker. Basically, the Joker we got in the 2016 Suicide Squad movie wasn’t the Joker they were really going for whilst filming the movie.

There has been a huge movement online to try and get David Ayer’s cut of Suicide Squad released, probably via HBO Max, just like the Snyder Cut of Justice League. Ayer’s since been teasing us with little clips and information about what his cut of the movie was like.

In the clip, Jared Leto’s Joker says: “You should be ashamed of yourself”. It’s unclear who he’s talking to in this clip, however, it looks like this is part of a very interesting and probably slightly harrowing torture scene involving the Joker.

It’s pretty well documented that Jared Leto and David Ayer filmed a lot of Joker footage that ended up on the cutting room floor. This is why many people believe that Leto’s performance as the Joker was heavily altered by the studio, Warner Bros. Pictures. They hired many different production houses to edit the movie, which is why Ayer has been trying to hard to get his cut of the movie released.
