Black Widow’s Villain Taskmaster Might Turn Up In Future MCU Movies

It was revealed a while back that Taskmaster was going to be the villain of the upcoming Black Widow movie, and we got our first look at the Marvel Comics bad guy in the film’s first trailer.

There was a rather muted reaction across social media when they had their first glimpse at the MCU’s version of Taskmaster.

It does look a little bit like someone’s taken a biker’s mask and some ski goggles, which isn’t really what we’ve come to expect from Taskmaster.

In the comics, he has a proper skull’s mask and looks really menacing. In the Black Widow movie, Taskmaster looks a bit more like an MCU henchman than anything else.

However, it was only a very brief glimpse as Taskmaster, and we’re now hearing reports from We Got This Covered that the villain will feature in future MCU movies.

Sounds like Taskmaster is going to become an important part of the MCU moving forward.

So, it sounds like they really want to make this villain important moving forward.

Just in case you’re not too familiar with the MCU bad guy, Taskmaster is someone who can replicate anybody’s fighting style, making it really difficult to beat him in hand-to-hand combat.

He’s pretty formidable and has had some epic confrontations with Black Widow in some of the comics, and I’m sure they’ll have an awesome fight in the upcoming movie.

Black Widow will be hitting UK cinemas on May 1st, 2020.
