Aquaman 2 Amber Heard Mera DC Comics DCEU

Warner Bros Might Be Forced To Remove Amber Heard From Aquaman 2

There’s a petition on Change.org to remove Amber Heard from Aquaman 2 and it’s edging ever closer to 40,000 signatures, which means that Warner Bros. Pictures might actually be forced to remove the actress from the upcoming Aquaman sequel.

Amber Heard’s been getting an awful lot of attention of late after some rather disconcerting information came out about what went on between her and Johnny Depp.

I won’t go into the details of what went on between Heard and Depp, but there have been some people who have felt very strongly about the whole ordeal and are now trying to get her removed from Aquaman 2.

Here’s what the petition said about the whole thing:

As Amber Heard is a known and proven domestic abuser, Warner Brothers and DC Entertainment should and must remove Heard from their Aquaman 2 film project. They must not ignore the suffering of Heard’s victims, and must not glamorize a domestic abuser. Men are victims of domestic abuse, just like women. This must be recognized, and action must be taken to prevent a known abuser from being celebrated within the entertainment industry.

The petition was started by Jeanne Larson and it has reached over 38,000 signatures, getting closer and closer to its target of 40,000.

When it hits 40,000 Warner Bros. Pictures will be forced to issue some sort of statement, and there is a slight possibility that Heard could be removed from Aquaman 2 as Hera.

It wouldn’t be the first time that a big studio has been forced to recast a role in a comic book movie.

The Marvel Cinematic Universe has done it a few times. Mark Ruffalo replaced Edward Norton as Bruce Banner, and Terrance Howard was replaced by Don Cheadle as Rhodey.

Maggie Gyllenhaal also replaced Katie Holmes as Rachel Dawes in The Dark Knight.

What do you think of this? Should Amber Heard be removed from Aquaman 2? Let us know in the comments below.

Since Amber Heard is a court documented violent serial domestic abuser – there’s no way to look past “court documented” unless you’re confusing feminism with criminal activity – it would set a very bad example to our children if she was continuously rewarded for her behaviour that doesn’t respect other people’s basic human rights. For the same reason she should also be removed as an ambassador from all platforms that believed her false claims without evidence, such a L’Oréal, ACLU and United Nations, just to name a few.

Why is this even a discussion if she should be removed or not? Court documents don’t lie. She admitted to abusing him in court documents. Johnny Depp was fired from the pirates franchise over allegations, so why shouldn’t she be fired over actually facts? She gone girl’d him and so many are still willing to back her. Many still want to hide behind the narrative that this women is such a innocent victim, when it keeps getting proven that she isn’t. He wasn’t even her first victim, this women has abused. How about as a society, we finally start to admit that a female can be an abuser and stop turning the other cheek to male victims. Many of this organization and companies say they care about us real victims, but are still willing to back her. By them continuing to back her and stand behind a proven abuser, this should speak volumes to people of what they actually think of all of us real victims.

Court documents and evidence filed in the defamation lawsuit against Heard have proven without a shred of doubt that she was the abuser and that she lied and purported an international hoax to turn herself into an international representative of victims of abuse and an activist. She is a serial abuser and she has broken the law countless times from the tender age of 16. She shouldn’t have been allowed to gain such notoriety at the expense of real victims, victims she has used and abused. She needs removing from any and all roles and representative roles that she has with activist organizations.

Anyone carrying on the way she is for as long as she has to have an unrelated problem with motives. Or take it to court and get it over with. Instead she is running and hiding from her deposition. Serving at soup kitchens in the past is no resume. They claim she has been an activist so why didn’t we hear about this before she changed her life to better accomplished her goals to destroy Depp? The UN and ACLU ARE A DISGRACE to capitalize on sensationalism. She is no role model she’s clearly hysterical and irrational but the best poster girl for “Beauty’s Only Skin Deep.” The best In history!

This abusive woman should not be glorified, she’s a bad example for a superhero movie, People need to see the truth of her abusive nature

Why is Amber Heard not in prison?? She has broken the law and seems to be laughing at the judicial system. I believe she thinks she is above the law. Reality check bimbo: your not!!!
