The Walking Dead’s Jeffrey Dean Morgan Says A Negan Spinoff Could Still Happen

It’s been revealed by Jeffrey Dean Morgan himself that a The Walking Dead Negan spinoff could still happen in the not-so-distant future. He revealed this via his Twitter account, and I really hope they get a move on with this spinoff show.

There’s been a lot of talk recently of there being a Negan The Walking Dead spinoff show. However, there hasn’t been any news on whether it’s happening or not for a while now.

That said, it doesn’t mean it’s not happening, and Negan himself – Jeffrey Dean Morgan – did address whether it could happen or not whilst responding to a fan’s question. You can have a look at what he said in the tweet below.

So, Morgan was asked the following question: “Is a Negan spin-off still possible although we’ll get to see  #HeresNegan! (some way or the other) in the 6 extra episodes? Maybe a #NeganLives! spin-off?” Here’s what Jeffrey Dean Morgan replied:

We shall see. I’d like to think no doors are closed. A great character with many stories to tell. But again, much still to do here on twd! Many episodes still to shoot. Right now I’m just excited about that!

So, it sounds like he’s not ruling out the possibility of a Negan spinoff show happening. That said, there have been rumours that he might be involved in some of the other Walking Dead spinoff movies and TV shows. We’re going to have to wait and see.
