The Mandalorian Season 2 Episode 1 Reveals Boba Fett’s Brand New Look

WARNING: Before reading this article, there are HUGE SPOILERS for The Mandalorian Season 2: Episode 1 and in particular Boba Fett.

The very first episode of The Mandalorian Season 2 gave us something which I don’t think many of us were expecting so soon. It gave us our first look at Boba Fett.

The first episode of the new season of The Mandalorian was one of the best I’ve ever watched.

There, I’ve said it. There are a whole bunch of reasons why I think this.

One of them could be because it was over 50 minutes long as opposed to clocking in at under 30.

Another reason could be the whole Western-vibe, which I truly loved.

A third reason could be seeing Timothy Olyphant play Cobb Vanth in Boba Fett’s Mandalorian armour.

Seeing him just standing there with the full Boba Fett gear on was truly thrilling.

I even loved the fact that he was using Anakin Skywalker’s broken down pod racer as a speeder.

However, one of the things I really adored in this episode, was how it unveiled Boba Fett’s new look.

Temuera Morrison played Jango Fett in 2002’s Star Wars: Attack of the Clones.

He’s now back as Jango’s son, Boba Fett, and he looks very menacing indeed.

Boba is revealed at the end of the episode and is covered in scars.

It looks like he did make it out of that Sarlacc pit after all, but not without sustaining pretty serious injuries.

I also loved the way Cobb Vanth ended up with Boba’s amour.

He found it after being picked up by some Jawas.

I’d be interested to know how they got their hands on it.
