Spider-Man: Into The Sider-Verse was a huge hit. People loved the movie, and they were beginning for more from Sony Pictures Animation and they were desperate for a Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse 2, and no we now when it’s going to come.
It was revealed on Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse’s official Twitter account that the movie will be coming to cinemas in April 2022.
Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse told the story of teenager Miles Morales and how he ended up becoming Spider-Man, but he wasn’t the only Spider-Man in the movie.
King Pin opened up the Spider-Verse and then there was a whole load of Spider-Man from other dimensions all in one including the likes of Peter Parker, Spider-Gwen, Spider-Man Noir, Spider-Ham, and Peni Parker.
It was easily one of the best Spider-Man films ever made and deserves a sequel. The film was directed by Bob Persichetti, Peter Ramsey and Rodney Rothman.

It was produced by Avi Arad, Amy Pascal, Phil Lord, Christopher Miller and Christina Steinberg and the whole film was based off a script by Phil Lord and Rodney Rothman.
If you haven’t seen it yet, I highly recommend you watch it because it’s a brilliant film, with some of the most incredible animation you’ll ever see and one of the best Spider-Man stories ever told.
Now that we know they’re making a second one, it seems as though Sony Pictures is keen to continue exploring the Spider-Verse and there have even been rumours of them bringing it to the live-action films which could mean we might get to see Tom Holland, Andrew Garfield and Tobey Maguire all in one movie together, which would be good fun.
