From the comments that followed on his social media, fans shared their own experiences either first-hand or about someone they know who had the same treatment. One commented that the treatment is undoubtedly painful. However, others pointed out that the fact that he has this treatment now is already a remarkable achievement. The pain indicates that the leg nerves and muscles are on the path to recovery.

According to Deadline, the actor sustained 30 broken bones from his snowcat accident on New Year’s Day when he attempted to help a family member stuck in the snow. The accident happened near the actor’s residence in Lake Tahoe, Nevada.

Since the accident, news steadily came and there was even an update that said he might even lose a leg. Thankfully, he apparently does not have to go through that and the star of Mayor of Kingstown is on a promising path to a recovery that is no less than a miracle itself.
