The official Jolt trailer for Tanya Wexler’s next action vengeance film, which stars Kate Beckinsale from Underworld, has been posted on Amazon Prime Video. The film is set to premiere on Amazon Prime Video on July 23, exclusively. Lindy, played by Kate Beckinsale, addresses her anger issues and violent inclinations by electrocuting herself in the Jolt trailer. Finally, however, a sad tragedy will force her to let go of herself and seek vengeance on those who have wronged her. It also provides us with a sneak peek at some of Beckinsale’s high-octane scenes.

Lindy, a gorgeous, sardonically witty woman with a tragic secret, suffers from intermittent rage-filled, murderous urges that can only be prevented by shocking herself with a specific electrode device due to a lifelong, unusual neurological disease. She finally trusts a man long enough to fall in love, only to find him killed the next day. Heartbroken and outraged, she sets out on a vengeance-filled expedition to discover his killer, all while being hunted by the police as the primary suspect in the crime.

Andy Irons and the Radicals

Andy Irons, the most influential and beloved surfer of his generation, and widely considered one of the greatest surfers of all time, died in November 2010 at the age of 32. He was a three-time back-to-back World Champion, had a unique approach to surfing and life in general, and is still regarded as the epitome of surfers – doesn’t matter who you ask! Andy Irons’ surfing will always be relevant, with his perfect balance of aggressive and stylish surfing taking on massive waves.

This film covers everything: Andy’s surfing life, the progressive pioneers who influenced him, the prodigious teenage peers who pushed him, and the story of how his polarising, yet generous personality on-land mixed with his performances in competition. It also covers his numerous appearances in the era’s most iconic surf films, which have inspired a generation since have all been documented in this film.

The Pursuit of Love

The plot is set between the First and Second World Wars, and is based on Nancy Mitford’s breakthrough 1945 novel of the same name. The drama follows the Radlett family’s upper-class women, especially Linda, a flamboyant rule-breaker, and her cousin and confidante, Fanny Logan. Despite the nation’s political differences, these two young women are more concerned with love and marriage. Fanny prefers a steady, predictable life to Linda’s fantasy of finding the right man to sweep her into a spectacular love storey. However, as Linda pursues increasingly crazy and hazardous dreams, and as Fanny hunts for her estranged mother, their friendship is put to the test.

Growing up, independence, friendship, sex, and the secrets of love will all be explored in this three-part series. On July 30th,  you can watch it on Amazon Prime.

Consumers who purchase on Amazon frequently are likely to want Amazon Prime Video, especially since it is included with an Amazon Prime subscription. In addition, some of the content is excellent; for example, its original series, The Marvelous Mrs Maisel, was nominated for Golden Globes and Primetime Emmys in 2018 and 2019.

With the streaming wars in full swing, you have a plethora of options for watching new television content. Amazon might be a purveyor of what may appear to be fewer originals, but dang, if they don’t strike the top spot, they’ll definitely up there with the cream of the crop, like Netflix or Disney +.

Of course, it also helps that Amazon has an extensive collection of classics.
