Spider-Man 3 Has Reportedly Locked Andrew Garfield In To Play His Version Of Peter Parker

It’s being reported that Spider-Man 3 has managed to lock in Andrew Garfield and he’ll be playing his version of Peter Parker from The Amazing Spider-Man movies. This news comes from Collider.

This has been rumoured for quite some time. We were told this by a number of sources in the past, and we ran a few articles on this. However, Collider has come out and confirmed that Andrew Garfield will be in Spider-Man 3.

This now means that Andrew Garfield and Tobey Maguire have been officially revealed to be in the upcoming Spider-Man movie, which is just insane. So, it seems as though Spider-Man 3 will be setting up a future Spider-Verse film, or it’ll actually be the Spider-Verse movie.

As far as I’m concerned, I feel like this upcoming Spider-Man 3 movie will be just way too packed. We know that Tom Holland and Zendaya will both be back. They’ll be joined by the likes of Jacob Batalon, Benedict Cumberbatch, Jamie Foxx and it’s now being reported that Andrew Garfield, Tobey Maguire and Alfred Molina will all be returning as their respective Spider-Man characters.

It had been reported that Sony and Marvel were locked in talks to have him star in the movie. Some outlets were claiming that Garfield was hesitant to return as Spider-Man. His final movie didn’t go down too well with critics and audiences, so it’s understandable why he might not want to come back to the role.
