MCU’s Blade Movie Has Begun Pre-Production

MCU-Blade-Movie-Has-Begun-Pre-Production

The Blade Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) film appears to have begun pre-production, and we cannot wait to see this movie!

Thanks to a photo that’s appeared on Twitter (via PunkBeast), it shows the creative minds of the film on a Zoom call.

Marvel Studios producers Kevin Feige and Louis D’Esposito, the director Bassam Tariq and screenwriter Stacy Osei-Kuffour are all present.

This movie could end up being one of Marvel’s very best and darkest movies yet.

That said, it does look like Sam Raimi’s Doctor Strange In The Multiverse Of Madness is going to be pretty dark!

It’s not known when the Zoom meeting took place, but it certainly looks like it would have been a Blade pre-production meeting.

A separate photo appears to show that the film’s star Mahershala Ali was also on the call.

Though interestingly, there’s no sign of Delroy Lindo, who was confirmed to join the film in November last year.

No other cast members have been announced currently.

As we get nearer to the start of production, we suspect that more cast members will be announced.

Last year’s Eternals had a teaser to Blade in its post credits scene.

So we wouldn’t be surprised if the cameras officially started rolling in the coming months.

We can’t wait to see the first picture of Ali in costume as Blade, it’s a brilliant piece of casting.
