Petition For Amber Heard To Be Removed From Aquaman 2 Reaches 3.2 Million Signatures

Remember that petition we reported on a few days ago created by fans to get Warner Bros to remove Amber Heard from Aquaman 2?

That was April 29th and it had hit 2 million signatures at the time.

Well, 5 days later, it’s now reached 3.2 million signatures.

Yes, it’s gained a lot of steam and a lot of signatures in a short time.

Seems like a lot of people are very passionate to have Warner Bros. remove her from Jason Momoa’s latest undersea adventure.

The petition is on Change.org.

As Edward Lauder, Founder and Editor-In-Chief of Small Screen stated just 5 days ago:

I will say that there have been a number of fan petitions demanding that Amber Heard be removed from the upcoming Aquaman sequel.”

However, this particular petition demanding that Heard be taken off Aquaman 2 is the most popular one.

Indeed it’s quite popular. Gaining that much traction in 5 days, as well as having so many other similar petitions online.

I can’t say I really blame the fans, as it will be hard to, as they say, separate the art from the artist in this situation.

I say just CGI Christopher Plummer over Amber Heard.

It worked well in All The Money In The World, right? Well, not to worry, if reports are to be believed, she will only be in Aquaman 2 for 10 minutes.

But is that 10 minutes too long?

Here’s some details straight from the petition:

As Amber Heard is a known and proven domestic abuser, Warner Brothers and DC Entertainment should and must remove Heard from their Aquaman 2 film project. They must not ignore the suffering of Heard’s victims, and must not glamorize a domestic abuser.
