Nicolas Cage is going to be in a movie about Nicolas Cage called The Unbearable Weight Of Massive Talent.

It’s now been revealed by Deadline that this film is going to be arriving in cinemas in 2021.

There’s no exact date as of yet, but I really cannot wait to see this film.

Once I explain The Unbearable Weight Of Massive Talent’s incredible plot to you, you’ll understand why I’m so pumped to see it.

Deadline reported that the movie was going to be released by Lionsgate on March 19th, 2021.

They’ve set the film for a wide-release and the film will see Cage play a meta version of himself.

The Unbearable Weight Of Massive Talent will be directed by Tom Gormican who’s working off a screenplay he wrote with Kevin Etten.

Kevin Turen will be producing the film.

So, the plot. Here goes.

Creatively unfulfilled and facing financial ruin, the fictionalized version of Cage must accept a $1 million offer to attend the birthday of a super fan. When things take a wildly dangerous turn, Cage is forced to live up to his own legend, channelling his most iconic and beloved on-screen characters in order to save himself and his loved ones.

That’s a plot to end all plots. There’s also something in the movie about Cage trying to get himself a role in a Quentin Tarantino movie.

There’s something about Nicolas Cage that I just find very watchable.

I’ve loved him in almost ever movie he’s ever been in, and I cannot wait to see The Unbearable Weight Of Massive Talent.

There have also been rumours that he could star in a third National Treasure movie, which would be epic.
