Keanu Reeves Has Passed On The Role Of Kraven The Hunter

It’s been revealed that Keanu Reeves was offered the role of Kraven The Hunter by Sony Pictures, but he passed on the role. This news was revealed by Skyler Shuler on Twitter, who’s the Editor of TheDisInsider.

It was revealed last week that Sony Pictures had offered the role of Kraven The Hunter to Keanu Reeves. This news came from The Illuminerdi, and they also added that this was going to be for a solo movie.

Personally, I thought that Keanu was wrong for the role. Don’t get me wrong. I think Keanu is incredible. However, I don’t think he would have been right for the role of Kraven The Hunter and it seems as though he agreed since it’s now being reported that he passed on Kraven.

Here’s what Skyler Shuler had to say about Keanu Reeves passing on the role of Kraven The Hunter:

Was just told Keanu Reeves was really approached for Kraven but passed months ago.

He then added in a subsequent tweet:

Just sharing what I was told, all this means is that The Illuminerdi was 100% accurate in their report that he was offered the role.

So, this means that Sony Pictures might actually end up casting the right person in the role: Karl Urban. He would be perfect for the role of Kraven The Hunter.
