It was revealed yesterday evening (for me at least) that Emilia Clarke was cast in the upcoming MCU series Secret Invasion.

This news was revealed by Variety, yet they didn’t reveal who she’ll be playing in the series.

Well, it seems as though Mikey Sutton over at Geekosity might have the inside scoop on who she’ll be playing in the upcoming series.

Before we get into that, we know that this series is going to star Samuel L. Jackson, Ben Mendelsohn, Kingsley Ben-Adir, and Olivia Colman.

It’s got a brilliant cast now, and I for one cannot wait to see all of them in action in what is looking to be a brilliant MCU show.

Will Emilia Clarke be playing Abigail Brand in Secret Invasion?

Here’s what Mikey had to say on whether Emilia Clarke will be playing Abigail Brand in Secret Invasion:

An insider leaked that Emilia Clarke is most likely Abigail Brand.

Mikey continued:

In the comic books, Brand is the green-haired commanding officer of S.W.O.R.D. If that sounds familiar, WandaVision featured S.W.O.R.D., the X-Files-esque intelligence agency.

Mikey’s source then informed him that: “Marvel Studios wants Emilia Clarke as a regular on their S.W.O.R.D. regular TV series for Disney Plus.”

This sounds like it could be an interesting deal for Marvel and for Clarke.
