Brie Larson Shares Captain Marvel 2 Workout Routine

Brie Larson has given her 6.7 million fans on Instagram a glimpse at her gruelling workout routine for the upcoming Captain Marvel 2 movie.

In the video that Brie posted on Instagram, you can see her pulling her whole body up with chains around her legs.

She is being told to stay there by her personal trainer as she tried to remain on the bars for as long as possible.

This is very, very hard to do and requires a lot of upper body strength.

It does seem as though it’s all things go as far as Brie Larson’s training routine is concerned.

She’s getting ready to play Captain Marvel again in the upcoming sequel, which is going to be called The Marvels.

She accompanied the video with the following caption:

Only @mileycyrus can bring out my superhuman strength needed to complete @risemovement’s workouts.

It really does seem as though her personal trainer is putting Brie through the paces.

Brie will be joined by Iman Vellani who’s be playing Kamala Khan/Ms. Marvel and Zawe Ashton in a currently unknown role.

It was also revealed that WandaVision star Teyonah Parris will be back as Monica Rambeau in the movie.

The film is being directed by Nia DaCosta, who’s turned heads with her recent film, Candyman.
