Ryan Reynolds Could Be Coming Back As Green Lantern In The Flash Movie

It’s being rumoured that Ryan Reynolds’ version of Green Lantern could be coming back in The Flash movie, which would be rather surprising. This news is coming from Grace Randolph who teased that Reynolds could be returning as Green Lantern in The Flash movie.

However, I will add that she also said that he could be in Zack Snyder’s Justice League movie as Green Lantern. This version of the DC Comics superhero would be the same version he played in the 2011 movie.

That said, hopefully, the Snyder cut of Justice League or The Flash movie will end up being a lot better than the 2011 Green Lantern film.

Grace Randolph revealed this rumour after she said that casting announcements for the upcoming HBO Max Green Lantern series are coming. She then tweeted that Ryan Reynolds wasn’t doing this Green Lantern show. However, she did add that ‘if’ he were to return as Green Lantern, it would be in Snyder’s Justice League or Andy Muschietti’s The Flash movie. Here’s what she said on the matter:

Just heard #HBOMax #GreenLantern leads have already been cast so announcement is imminent!

Also, could be a few surprises re characters beyond initial reports.

Working on getting names…

I’m at NOT referring to Ryan Reynolds doing the HBO Max show – if he comes back it will be Snyder Cut and/or The Flash movie
