OK, so this is now getting a bit out of hand, but it sounds like those rumours that Jennifer Lawrence had been cast as Sue Storm in the Fantastic Four film are untrue. This comes from New York Time’s Kyle Buchanan on Twitter.
There were rumours spreading around the Internet that Jennifer Lawrence had been cast as Sue Storm in the upcoming Fantastic Four movie. These rumours were started by The Daily Telegraph who were reporting that Lawrence was off to Australia to start filming Fantastic Four.
People then started to say that she was going to be playing Sue Storm in the movie. However, Buchanan took to Twitter to quickly debunk those rumours. Check out what he had to say on the matter in his tweet below.

Buchanan had this to say about the rumours that Jennifer Lawrence had been cast as Sue Storm:
1) Production on Fantastic 4 is *not* beginning soon 2) Marvel hasn’t even dated the movie yet 3) The director is still busy shooting Spider-Man 3
I have been doing my own digging on this story. I reached out to a number of Jennifer Lawrence’s representatives for comment on this story. I’m still waiting for a reply. However, what seems to be true is that Jennifer is heading Down Under.
This might not be, however, to shoot a Marvel movie. She’s got a number of films that are currently in production and it could be for any one of them. There’s also the fact that Lawrence was reportedly done with superhero movies after having starred as Mystique in the X-Men films. She was also apparently burnt out by franchises after starring in both the X-Men and The Hunger Games franchises.
I’ll let you know if I receive any updates regarding this story.
