Candyman’s New Trailer Released And It’s Super Scary

The latest trailer for Candyman has just been released and this movie looks to be incredibly scary and spooky and I love it already!

The movie’s latest trailer has been released all over the Internet and it’s already trending on Twitter.

The film stars Yahya Abdul-Mateen II and Teyonah Parris and was directed by Nia DaCosta.

Abdul-Mateen II is fresh off his incredible performance in HBO’s brilliant Watchmen series.

Teyonah Parris wowed audiences with her turn in Disney Plus’ recent WandaVision series.

It was revealed recently actually that she’ll also be back as Monica Rambeau in The Marvels, which is going to be directed by none other than Nia DaCosta.

It’s fun the way these things work out, and judging by the trailer for Candyman, the Captain Marvel sequel is in very safe hands.

This Candyman movie was supposed to be released last year, but it ended up getting pushed into 2022 like so many other films.

The film was produced by Jordan Peele and the film’s trailer does give the movie a Peele sort of vibe.

Peele’s been making incredible horror movies over the past few years and it seems as though he’s producing very interesting ones too.

The film will be released in cinemas in the UK and the US on August 27th and I cannot wait to see it, finally.
