Black Widow To Be Scarlett Johansson’s Last MCU Movie

It’s been revealed by Scarlett Johansson herself that it’s looking like Black Widow will be her last MCU movie.

Johansson revealed this bit of news during her recent interview with ComicBook.com.

She and her co-star Florence Pugh were talking about the movie which is due to be released pretty soon.

During the conversation, Johansson was asked whether she will be in any MCU movies after Black Widow.

Her response was pretty definite.

I’m pretty sure that many fans of hers and her character won’t be very happy about it.

She revealed that Black Widow was going to be her last time in an MCU movie, which is really, really sad.

Here’s what Scarlett Johansson had to say about Black Widow being her last MCU movie:

Honestly, I feel like it’s always, it feels great to leave a party when it’s still raging and I think that this film [Black Widow] feels very much like it’s alive and fresh and powerful and I feel really pleased with it. I feel really happy with the work that we’ve done for this decade of time and, you know, it’s bittersweet to say, ‘Goodbye,’ but if you love something, you need to set it free!

Black Widow will be released in UK cinemas on July 7th and July 9th in US theatres.
