Deadpool 2: Hugh Jackman Meets Ryan Reynolds’ Deadpool In This New Clip

Deadpool and Wolverine finally team up, but it’s not in the way you might have been hoping. Ryan Reynolds’ Deadpool somehow managed to blag his way into Hugh Jackman’s hotel room, probably in an effort to recruit Wolverine for his X-Force team in Deadpool 2.

Fans have been desperate to see Deadpoolir?t=edlauder 21&l=am2&o=2&a=B01BLYC6IM and Wolverine team up on the big screen ever since seeing 2016’s Deadpoolir?t=edlauder 21&l=am2&o=2&a=B01BLYC6IM movie and realising that it would be a match made in heaven. Unfortunately, it looks doubtful that that will ever happen since Hugh Jackman’s officially retired from the role. Yep, Logan was the last time we were ever going to see him don the mutant’s claws. However, that hasn’t stopped Ryan Reynolds from trying to persuade him to come back, just so that Wolverine and Deadpool could share the silver screen.

With Deadpool 2 on the horizon, it’s probably too late to hope that Jackman might make some sort of cameo in the movie. However, we do now have a clip of Jackman and Deadpoolir?t=edlauder 21&l=am2&o=2&a=B01BLYC6IM together in a hotel room in which Deadpool starts singing Tomorrow and Who Let The Dogs Out. It looks like Jackman’s trying to send a Happy Birthday message to a fan, yet he’s rudely interrupted by Deadpool who would much rather sing.

Deadpool vs. Wolverine. Now that's a film I would watch!

Personally, I still have hope that Reynolds will one day manage to convince the Aussie movie star to return to the role. Perhaps they could make a proper adaptation of Old Man Logan, only replace Hawkeye with Deadpoolir?t=edlauder 21&l=am2&o=2&a=B01BLYC6IM. That would be pretty cool. Or, thanks to Disney’s imminent takeover of Fox, they could have Jeremy Renner play Hawkeye, and they could have an adventure as a threesome. Now that would be one sexy superhero ménage á trois.
