Gotham’s Donal Logue Has Joined The Resident Evil Reboot

It’s been revealed that Gotham’s Donal Logue has been in the upcoming Resident Evil reboot and he’ll be playing Chief Irons in the movie. This Resident Evil reboot will be helmed by Johannes Roberts.

It’ll be an origin story set in the Resident Evil world, and it’s going to be produced by Constantin Film. There have been a whole load of other actors cast in the movie.

Kaya Scodelario, Hannah John-Kamen, Robbie Amell, Tom Hopper, Avan Jogia and Neal McDonough have all been cast in the movie. Chad Rook from The Flash and Lily Gao from The Handmaid’s Tale have also been cast in the movie.

They’ll be playing supporting roles. The movie is set for release in 2021, and it’s been said to be a faithful adaptation of Capcom’s classic survival horror video games.

The story will be taking place on a fateful night in Raccoon City in 1998 and the cast will be playing roles from the original games. It does sound like this movie will be much more faithful than the Paul W.S Anderson movies.

As for who the actors will be playing, Scodelario will play Claire Redfield, John-Kamen is Jill Valentine, Amell will portray Chris Redfield, Hopper is Albert Wesker, Jogia is Leon S. Kennedy, and McDonough will play William Birkin.
