Henry Cavill revealed in a recent interview that he would do anything to become a part of the James Bond franchise.
He revealed this during a recent interview with The Movie Dweeb in which he was asked whether he would like to play Bond at some point in his career.
Here’s what Cavill had to say on the matter:
If Barbara and Mike are interested in me in any capacity to be a part of their movies, then I will gladly have that discussion with them, and that would be something I’d be very keen to explore further.
"If Barbara [Broccoli] and Michael [G. Wilson] interested me in any capacity to be a part of their movies, then I will gladly have that discussion, and that would be something I'd be very keen to explore further."

Henry Cavill really wants to be in the James Bond franchise
It’s true that it was between Henry Cavill and Daniel Craig to be the next James Bond before Casino Royale.
The role eventually went to Craig.
However, it might be Cavill’s turn to finally get to play James Bond.
It does sound as though Cavill just wants to be part of the James Bond franchise, even if it means he doesn’t actually get to play 007.
He has shown in the past that he’s very good at playing a spy.
He played a spy in both Mission: Impossible – Fallout and The Man From U.N.C.L.E.
Cavill is very, very good at playing spies and would be an incredible choice for Bond.
He is on the bookies’ lists to be the next Bond.
However, he is behind Tom Hardy in the pecking order.
