Arrow’s Showrunner Teases A New Spin-Off Coming Soon To The CW

Arrow’s showrunner has teased that the new spin-off should be coming to The CW very, very soon, which has us really excited to see more.

This new Arrow spin-off show has been in the pipeline for quite some time.

However, there’s been a bit of radio silence on the project for a while now.

We’ve already seen other The CW spin-offs such as Legends of Tomorrow and most recently Superman & Lois get off to a start.

In Legends of Tomorrow’s case, that show is now one of the most popular of The CW’s DC Comics TV shows.

Thankfully, we finally have some sort of update of the Arrow spin-off, tentatively called Green Arrow And The Canaries.

This comes from Arrow showrunner, Marc Guggenheim on Twitter.

A new Arrow spin-off is in the works and should be coming soon

Guggenheim was responding to a fan on Twitter who asked when we’d be getting an update on the spin-off series.

His response filled up with a lot of hope for the rumours Green Arrow And The Canaries series.

Here’s what he had to say about it:

So are we! We should receive word — one way or another — very, very soon

So, it sounds as if he’s been having talks with the network – The CW – and those talks have been going well.

Guggenheim’s tweet seemed excited, which has me thinking that this spin-off show will be announced very soon indeed.
