WandaVision 7 Elizabeth Olsen Marvel Studios MCU

It’s been revealed that Elizabeth Olsen has been nominated for an Emmy for her performance in Marvel’s Disney Plus show, WandaVision.

This year’s been a pretty important year for Marvel Studios as it marked the beginning of these new Marvel Disney Plus TV shows.

They all started with WandaVision, and it’s been revealed that it’s been nominated for 23 awards at this year’s Emmys.

Olsen was nominated for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Limited Series or Movie.

She’s got some pretty tough competition in that category.

There are the likes of Anya Taylor-Joy for her performance in The Queen’s Gambit, Kate Winslet for Mare Of Easttown, Cynthia Eviro for her phenomenal work as Aretha Franklin in the Genius anthology series named after the soul legend, and I May Destroy You’s Michaela Coel.

We’re going to have to wait and see whether Olsen ends up winning the award.

She was brilliant in the series as Wanda Maximoff, yet something tells me the award will go to one of the other nominees.

It was also revealed that Don Cheadle was nominated for his cameo in The Falcon And The Winter Soldier.

As for WandaVision, it ended up being nominated for an impressive 23 awards at this year’s Emmys.
