Taking to her Instagram stories, she unequivocally stated she’s not attached to the series:

I’m in no way attached or involved, even at all or a little bit, in the Secret Invasion Marvel thing. I honestly don’t even know really what that is. I am only coming on here to say this because it has gotten to the point that every day I’m getting hundreds of messages about this.

Now, actors have often denied they’re appearing in films or TV shows, only for them to in fact pop up.

However, this seems like a pretty conclusive confirmation from Bennet that she will not make her official MCU debut in Secret Invasion.

As for who will definitely be in the series, Samuel L. Jackson and Ben Mendelsohn are confirmed to reprise their roles as Nick Fury and Talos respectively.

They will be joined by Kingsley Ben-Adir, Emilia Clarke, Olivia Colman, Christopher McDonald, and Killian Scott.

Kyle Bradstreet is set to executive produce the series.

Production is reportedly underway, and the series is expected to air next year.
