Charlie Cox Daredevil MCU movie limited series Marvel Netflix

It’s now being rumoured that Charlie Cox’s Daredevil could be about to face-off against Oscar Isaac’s Moon Knight in the Disney Plus series. This rumour comes from Geekosity’s Mikey Sutton and it sounds like something that we Marvel fans would love to see.

It was revealed a few weeks back that Oscar Isaac had been cast as Moon Knight in the upcoming Marvel Studios series which will be coming to Disney Plus. Interestingly enough, Marvel President Kevin Feige didn’t officially confirm that Oscar Isaac had been cast in the role during his segment on the recent Disney Investor’s Day presentation.

However, according to Deadline, the deal is done and he will be in the series as Moon Knight, a.k.a. Marc Spector. We’re now hearing that Charlie Cox will also be in the series as Daredevil.

Here’s what Mikey Sutton had to say about Charlie Cox’s Daredevil fighting Moon Knight in the Disney Plus series:

Insiders told me months ago that Feige would like Daredevil to meet Moon Knight on his upcoming Disney+ series. It would be a thrilling way of introducing Daredevil’s streetwise grit and spiritual struggles to the streaming network, perfectly aligned with the ominous glow of Moon Knight. There are roots in the comic books as well. They joined forces in Moon Knight No. 13 in 1981 in a story by writer Doug Moench and illustrator Bill Sienkiewicz.
