Messiah Season 2 Has Been Cancelled By Netflix

It’s been revealed that Netflix has opted to cancel Messiah Season 2 even though the first season seemed to be very popular with subscribers.

This news was revealed via Wil Traval’s Instagram account.

The actor took to Instagram to reveal that Messiah Season 2 wouldn’t be happening as Netflix opted to cancel the show.

Traval, who played Will Matthews in the show, wrote the following message to his 15K followers:

It’s a very sad day today. I have just received news from Netflix that there will be no season 2 of #Messiah.

I wanted to say to all the fans thank you for your support and love. I wish things were different.

I have to say that I was pretty surprised to hear that Netflix wasn’t going to be greenlighting a Season 2.

Messiah Season 1, I thought, was very popular with Netflix subscribers. I’ve only watched a bit of the first season myself.

I can’t watch everything, and I didn’t really think the show was for me.

However, I know a lot of people who watched it and really seemed to enjoy most of Season 1.

That said, there was some controversy around the first season of the Netflix show.

What do you think of this?

Are you upset to hear that Messiah Season 2 has been cancelled by Netflix?
