The deal has not yet been closed, but we hope it happens, because this is absolutely perfect casting.

If she does join the cast of Dune: Part Two, it will see her reunite with her Little Women co-star Timothée Chalamet.

Following on from her breakout year in 2019, Pugh’s stock has only continued to grow in recent years.

She made her MCU debut last year as Yelena Belova in Black Widow, and became an instant fan favourite.

She went on to reprise the role for the Hawkeye series.

Pugh already has a role in Christopher Nolan’s next film Oppenheimer, starring alongside the likes of Cillian Murphy, Emily Blunt, Matt Damon and Robert Downey Jr.

And that’s just to name a few.

Working with Christopher Nolan and potentially Denis Villeneuve in the same year.

No choice but to stan.

Dune: Part Two is set to begin production this fall, and will hit cinemas on October 20 2023.
