It’s been revealed that Marvel’s Doctor Strange 2 (Doctor Strange In The Multiverse Of Madness) is currently being test-screened.

This was revealed by the film’s director, Sam Raimi, during a recent interview with Variety.

During the interview, the director was asked whether Doctor Strange 2 was finished or not.

Here’s what he had to say on the matter:

I wish I knew the answer to that question. I think we’re done, but we just cut everything.

He then continued, adding that the movie is currently being test-screened to audiences.

We’re just starting to test the picture and we’ll find out if there’s anything that’s got to be picked up.

Raimi then went on to add that if they find that they need to tweak anything, he’ll be happy to do more reshoots on the movie.

If something’s unclear or another improvement I can make in this short amount of time left, I’ll do it. One thing I know about the Marvel team is they won’t stop. They’ll keep pushing it until it’s as close to being great as it could.

So, it sounds like there’s a version of the movie that’s being shown to audiences.

Raimi and Marvel will want to make sure that these test-screenings go as well as possible.

Test-screenings at this time are part of the normal process for all movies.

This is especially the case with big Hollywood blockbusters which are test-screened to an inch of their lives.

A studio such as Marvel Studios and Disney will want to make sure that their movies are as good as they possibly can be.

They want audiences to really be immersed in the movie, and they don’t want any plot holes or discrepancies in their films.
