It’s now being rumoured that a Thrawn and Ezra Bridger Star Wars show is coming to Disney Plus in the not-so-distant future.
This rumour comes via Kessel Run Transmissions who are often pretty much spot on with their Star Wars scoops.
I will say that this is the first I’ve heard of these plans over at Lucasfilm, but that does not mean they’re wrong.
We were told a while back that Lars Mikkelsen is getting to play Grand Admiral Thrawn in live-action in the upcoming Ahsoka Tano spinoff Star Wars show.
It seems as though Lucasfilm is interested in developing the character further in live-action.
Kessel Run Transmissions also revealed that Lucasfilm and Disney are looking to hire Mena Massoud to play Ezra in live-action.

Make sure that you guys subscribe to Disney+ for that Ezra and Thrawn series coming out very soon.
This was dropped at the end of the show by the show’s host Cory Van Dyke, but there was no more information than that.
He didn’t reveal whether it would be a live-action or animated Star Wars show.
Personally, I think if they’re doing this, it might be animated rather than in live-action. It would be pretty cool either way.
