Top Gun: Maverick Release Date Has Been Delayed Due To The Coronavirus Pandemic

It’s been revealed by Paramount Pictures that Top Gun: Maverick’s release date has been pushed back due to the Coronavirus pandemic.

A lot of 2020’s movies have been delayed recently due to the Coronavirus pandemic.

It’s starting to look like 2020’s best movie is going to be Sonic The Hedgehog, because it was the only movie to have been released in cinemas this year.

The likes of No Time To Die, Fast And Furious 9, Ghostbusters: Afterlife, Black Widow and Mulan have all been delayed to the pandemic.

Paramount Pictures now has revealed that they’ve delayed Top Gun: Maverick’s release date also due to Coronavirus.

We don’t know yet when all these movies will be released.

It looks like 2021 is going to be a very busy year for movies as all these films jostle for a release date.

No Time To Die’s been pushed back to November, but we don’t know when this pandemic will end and things will go back to some kind of normality.

Other movies have been pushed into 2021.

Then there’s the likes of Black Widow and Mulan who were supposed to come out in April and May.

Many people have been theorising whether Disney and other studios will release these new movies online rather than in cinemas.

However, that would mean they would have to take huge financial hits on these films.
