The Walking Dead Season 10 saw Negan become Alpha’s number 2 and it was looking like he was going to take over, which was something Norman Reedus hated.
It was a pretty incredible moment seeing Daryl Dixon (played by Norman Reedus) and Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) team-up against The Whisperers.
For a while there, it was looking like Negan was going to become the next Alpha in The Walking Dead Season 10.
This was a plot point that Norman really didn’t like and his co-star, Jeffrey Dean Morgan revealed this during a recent Talking Dead episode.
Here’s what he had to say on the matter (via Entertainment Weekly):
I loved it, Norman hated it, which made me like it more. It was great. It just kind of pivoted that whole scene, and I think when Negan realizes what’s going on, he absolutely becomes gleeful, which was fun because I had a crossbow pointed at my face the whole episode. So to have that whole moment of tables turning was great.
Norman Reedus really didn’t like Negan becoming Alpha in The Walking Dead Season 10
It all did lead up to a truly wonderful moment in the last episode of The Walking Dead.
Fans went a bit wild when they saw it – as did it – and it’s a moment that could end up going down in Walking Dead history.
As for the future of the show, it’s being rumoured that AMC will end The Walking Dead with Season 12.
Honestly, 12 seasons is an incredible run, and it does look like they’ve carry on the spinoff shows.
